damp carpetwet floor
the room had a really offensive smell of dampness it was kinda overpowering from the moment I walked in the carpet near the entrance seemed perpetually soaked plus the bathroom floor was wet I asked about moving rooms but none were free I was offered some extra towels to mop up the moisture it's not exactly the relaxing getaway I imagined

The location was really convenient. I found many restaurants nearby. Breakfast had lots of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was smaller than I expected. There wasn't much space to walk around. the street noise at night was quite loud. I found it hard to sleep without earplugs.

this hotel's location by the river is fantastic! the room was a superior double room and it was clean and spacious. the view from the window was also superb (especially at sunset!).
the signage was discreet, so the hotel was a little difficult to find initially.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful (diogo was particularly amazing!). they offered great suggestions for getting around. the level of service was really good for this category of hotel.

The location was excellent. The hotel sits right in the heart of everything. The staff was very kind and helpful. Martha at reception was lovely and Christina welcomed me warmly at breakfast.
The room itself was small. There was not much room to walk around. I found the double bed uncomfortable. Two singles were pushed together and formed a ridge.

The location was perfect. I found myself in the heart of the Ribeira area, close to many restaurants. Street performers added to the vibrant atmosphere, I had a great view of the river and the Dom Luis bridge. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The room was a little small. Not much space to move around if you spend a lot of time inside.

The hotel is situated centrally near the riverfront, positioning you steps away from lively outdoor cafes and a short distance from the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge. Gaia is visible across the river, I found port cellars and tours are within easy reach for exploration. The area is a gem.

The room featured a comfortable bed, I found it conducive to restful nights. The bathroom was well appointed with a good shower, providing refreshing moments. The room was very clean, it provided a welcome sanctuary after days of exploring.

the location was great. i could see the bridge from my window. the bed was super comfy. the bathroom was just great.
the room itself is small. there wasn't much room to walk around. the shower wasn't great either. i think if you are claustrophobic, this is not for you.
